At Finca La Rionda you can discover one of the most original aspects of Asturias while soaking up our most beautiful nature. The farm is located in the Onón Villaviciosa area, very close to the Ría de Villaviciosa. A unique natural landscape that, of course, we will have the opportunity to contemplate.
What we propose from Finca La Rionda is that you come and spend a magnificent day with us getting to know, completely, the process of making Asturian cider. We will begin by walking through our apple tree plantation where we will explain the process of planting, pruning, care and how the harvest of this fruit is carried out for its subsequent use in the production of cider.
You will learn in depth how we prepare our best cider, knowing the techniques and utensils used in this work. In addition, we will explain the process to obtain the final broth and, of course, we will give you a taste of our cider accompanied by the best Asturian cheese.
Afterwards we will enjoy a pleasant walk around the estate enjoying theRía de Villaviciosa, we will visit theTide Mill and we will be able to access a traditional winery and winery of our land.
After this we suggest you end the day enjoying a espicha with us. This is a traditional meal of the land in which we will give you to try the best dishes and tapas washed down by the best cider.
