At Amazonia Team Factory we work on activities related to team building. Our goal is to provide greater connection to the entire work team, making them see the importance of collaborating together at all times.

Each person individually is key for a company to carry out its workflow in a stable and balanced way. Employees, through our scenarios created to help them, will understand their unique and essential value in their work and thus can be motivated to improve the group as a whole.

Our facilities are outdoors, so that nature acts as a relaxing balm and you find yourself in a place that allows you to behave far away from the tension and stress of everyday life. You will get to know each other in a quiet environment and having fun at all times.

Amazonia Team Factory believes that the best individual work is done as a team. Each person is important for the functioning of the whole group, there is no one essential. This is a key point for a company to function perfectly. For this reason, we have decided to organize team building sessions in our first fixed field made for dynamics for company groups in Spain, in the middle of nature in the province of Madrid.

We have infrastructures that have all the necessary equipment and different fields of scenarios in which events will take place that will promote values such as empathy and group cohesion, among others.

Our results are always positive and surprising, a company is never the same as it was at the beginning of the day. Job competence will improve at all levels and communication between colleagues and between colleagues and the boss will be much more fluid and natural.

Through outdoor activities and team games we teach each person to value themselves individually and to value themselves as an important piece of the team in order to make them feel part of it with a positive vision of themselves and of the whole company.
