TheEs Trajo Nordic Walking School located in Lloret de Mar, offers the possibility of taking courses in this ALFA 247 movement technique.
All of this is directed by the ANE-INFO instructors. We also carry out different excursions using this technique. Excursions through Lloret de Mar. We will start with 7 km circuits for beginners.
Longer excursions for beginners to walk: Las Ermitas (15 km) or to Tossa (17 km) returning by boat to Lloret. Excursion to Morou (Montseny) 6 km (2 hours) plus 3 hours (round trip) by bus.
All of them passing through magnificent landscapes with forests, lagoons, small rivers, etc.
There is a mixed Kayak and Nordic Walking excursion. You leave Lloret de Mar by Kayak towards Cala Canyelles where we will leave the kayaks and take the Nordic Walking poles to return to Lloret along the coastal path.
