Alejandro, the guide and the horses were great(!) But it was more than difficult to fix my programme. I couldn't go on the originally set day since Entrecaminos was not available.
I tried to reach them several times via different channels to get information on the payment and the exact time of horse riding on the beach because they didn't contact me after the registration.
Finally, they set the date for me but with no regard on my previously sent specifications, therefore, I had to cancel my other programme.
Beyond that, they didn't inform the guide about my arrival. The experience itself was lovely but Marina caused a lot of unpleasant and stressful hours before the ride. I would recommend this programme especially for beginners but keep in mind that they are only available on WhatsApp.
