At Hípica El Ventorrillo we want to convey to you the same sensations that we get every day in contact with horses. For this we work on various routes to get to know the Somontano area.
Depending on the duration that you want as participants, we will delve into some and other areas starting from the facilities on our farm:
- Vineyards and scrubland in the vicinity of the equestrian: for outings lasting between 1 hour and half a day, adapted to any type of rider.
- Sierra de la Hoz, Mesón de Sevil, or Basacol with a tour of the town of Radiquero, all around Alquézar: to which we will dedicate half a day.
- Huerta de Vero through the hermitage of La Candelera from the Somontano viewpoint: which will take us several hours, being more suitable for people with some experience, capable of enduring half a day on horseback.
- Through the Fuentebaños ravine until reaching Alquézar: a full day of excursion for groups of at least 4 members.

Coming from Zaragoza: from Zaragoza to Huesca capital, take A 23. Get off at the "Barbastro" exit at the height of Huesca and continue straight ahead. Take A 22 towards Lérida, continue without getting off the A 22 and ignore all the exits that indicate "Barbastro", getting off later at exit 52 that marks "Castejón del Puente". At the roundabout, take the second exit towards "Barbastro / Cerler" on the road N. 240 towards Barbastro for no more than 1.5 km. When you see on your right a winery and some barrels at the foot of the road with a sign " restaurant ", get off on that right side and cross the road N. 240 at the small roundabout. You will see the column that says "Laus, Flor restaurant" before crossing the road and follow the road and you will see signs to the horse. Coming from Lleida: Take the A22 from Lerida to Huesca. Get off at exit 51 marked "Castejon del Puente".
