Which are the best karting circuits of Mallorca?

- If you are staying in Palma, there are two karting circuits offered here. One is bigger than the other, which has electric karts. If you are a speed lover, but you also wish to take care of the environment, in the last karting circuit you will be able to enjoy the experience of driving a traditional kart propelled by an electric motor. The first karting circuit is aimed at those who love driving the curves, straights and long routes.

For those who want to enjoy the experience of driving a kart for more than one day, Palma offers the possibility to participate in an amateur karting championship, where you will test your skills with other competitors.

- Can Picafort, located at the northeast of the island of Mallorca, hosts one of the longest karting circuits all over Spain. Specifically, it is a 1,6-kilometer track. More than enough to test your driving skills. You will be able to choose between two types of cylinder capacity: 270 hp and 400 hp. And if you want that your children get their first taste with karting, there are two-seater karts available.

- Only 30 minutes drive away from Santa Margarita, on the east coast of the island, you will find the third karting circuit in Cala Millor, so that you can have a good time. This karting track has ideal curves and straight stages to full throttle, becoming a perfect karting circuit to set out an entertaining competition with your friends.

- The fourth and last karting circuit is in Palma bay. Here there won’t be excuses from the drivers because of the track design. Which type of modalities can be carried out in the karting circuits? Most karting centers give you two modalities to drive: by time or by laps. If you decide on the time modality, you will have to show that you are the best pilot for the 10 minutes that they last approximately. If on the contrary, you prefer to drive a certain number of laps (usually 12), you will have to reach the first position to be the number 1 on the podium.

Mallorca’s karting circuits usually offer individual and two-seater vehicles. Two-seater vehicles are aimed at adults and children, and those children over 5 years old can participate in the experience riding with an adult so they can get their first taste with karting and feel that they are little race pilots.

Since karts are easy to drive and have a limited speed, karting is the best plan to share with. They are numerous offers devoted to teambuilding and birthday events or parties. Catering service is also often offered in the karting facilities.
