How to get there?
Distance to Lleida via the Madrid-Barcelona highway (465 km from Madrid and 156 km from Barcelona). Most recommended exit from Madrid on the toll highway: Soses/Alcarrás exit and continue along the N-II highway that surrounds Lleida to the north – not on the road that leads to these two towns, continuing towards Barcelona on the N-II , take the regional road to Seo de Urgel on the left. C-13 - the one that goes to Andorra About 21 km to the left is the intersection to Balaguer; Continue along the N-II and about 4 km. approx. Take the detour towards Tremp (through Camarasa) along the same C-13. (The one that continues facing Seo is the C-26) You must leave Cellers, Tremp and the Talarn reservoir behind. Upon reaching Pobla de Segur, at a roundabout cross the N-260 (trans-Pyrinaica). Do not take it straight, which is in the Senterada-Pont de Suert direction, turn right towards Sort (you have to cross the town centre). Gerri, Sort; In this town you have to leave the N-260 which continues to the right towards Port del Cantó, crossing the Noguera River. Continue straight ahead on C-13. Rialp and Llavorsí, (when passing through this last town you will see to the right of the river the base of the adventure sports that we use). You continue on your way. After Escaló -3 km. on the left- you leave the Espot intersection; (here is the entrance to the National Park). We must continue forward. The detour that must definitely be taken to reach the Traveling People Hiking Base is 1 km away. Before reaching Esterri D'Aneu you have to take a racket and turn right; Continue along the entrance road to the town, and on the left, after a gas station, at the height of the La Presalla campsite, take a paved path between the campsite and the road. Follow the directions. New arrivals must go to the reception to fill out the check-in form and indicate their accommodation.
