At Adrenaline Adventure we are a company that you can count on to get started in the world of canyoning and climbing in a simple way and, above all very funny. Our instructors are qualified and have extensive experience in both sports so you can learn from the best.

Our activities are aimed at users of all ages so it is a very good option for a family experience. Adrenaline and safety are in equal parts, you just have to let yourself be guided and enjoy.

Some of the experiences we offer you are:

• Climbing Teide : no matter your level, our monitors will evaluate you and adapt to your climbing knowledge so that you can enjoy this sport in one of the most beautiful landscapes on the island.

• Canyoning , we will follow the course of a river overcoming numerous obstacles such as ravines, pools, natural slides, etc. The funniest way to get to know the terrain!

• Combo family adventure , we will go downhill in trekking and we will start climbing and rappelling. Aimed at the whole family.

Go ahead and get to know Tenerife through its natural treasures, you will never see the island with the same eyes again.

At Adrenaline Adventure we have designed an activity for those who want to enjoy an authentic experience only suitable for adventurers, it is canyoning .

It is not necessary to have previous experience, if you are over 14 years old and you want to have a great time, you already meet all the requirements. You only need to reserve your place and meet us on the day indicated at the entrance of the Siam Mall.

We will meet at 9:30 a.m. to make the most of the morning. An instructor will be waiting for you to lead you to the starting point of the activity. Once there, he will give you brief safety instructions and important information that you must take into account so that the experience is totally satisfactory. Then he will provide you with the material and you will begin the adventure.

Pay attention to the monitor as it will tell you about some peculiarities of the flora and fauna of the area, not every day you visit ravines that are millions of years old! We will take you to places that only a privileged few know so don't forget to bring your camera.

The activity will last approximately 5 hours during which you will practice trekking, rappelling, jumps and slides down natural slides .

The price includes the guide and monitor service, the transfer to the starting point of the excursion, insurance and the material you need (helmet, harness, eight and rope).

It is essential to bring comfortable clothing and sports shoes , as well as a bottle of water and something to eat .

At Adrenaline Adventure we have proposed to introduce you to the world of climbing in one of the most spectacular landscapes in all of Tenerife: Mount Teide.

No matter what level you have in this sport, our monitors will evaluate your knowledge and skills and adapt the excursion to the general level of the group. In addition, they will accompany you at all times to guarantee your safety.

You will know how the great Timanfaya was formed and some peculiarities of the natural environment of the area. It will be more than an excursion!

We will meet at the entrance of the Siam Mall, in front of the White Elephants, around 9.30 am to take advantage of the morning. A technician will be waiting for you and will lead you to the place where the activity will take place. During 15 minutes we will practice trekking through the ravines of the park and then proceed to rope climbing . The views from the top will fascinate you!

The price of the activity includes the monitor service, the transfer to the park, the necessary material to carry out the activity (helmet, harness, gloves and carabiners) and mandatory insurance .

Don't forget to bring sneakers and sportswear as well as a bottle of water and something to eat.
