In Centro Aventura we will take you rafting in the Hoces del Río Cabriel from our Cuenca facilities in Quintanar del Rey. Its channel gives us the opportunity to offer a descent suitable for everyone, even for families with children!

It is an adventure that lasts half a day. To take advantage of the time, we will start it at 9.30h in the morning by setting a place to meet to set course for our base and prepare with the material. We lend you the most complete equipment in which, in addition to neoprene, you will find a jacket of this same material, booties for the feet and a thermal shirt so you do not notice the temperature of the river. You must also keep the helmet that we left during the entire descent.

You will get on inflatable boats with a maximum of 9 seats and a minimum of 7. In all of them, one of our instructors goes up. You want to take a break. In case you do not have a group or want to go alone in pairs we will recommend a raft canoe that will also allow you to feel the whitewater up close.

Keep in mind that these raft descents in Cabriel are made throughout the year so it is always a good time to try it.

In Centro Aventura we help you make the most special leap of your life doing bungee jumping in the vicinity of Albacete . Keep in mind that this activity is carried out only at points that have been authorized because in them it is possible to meet all safety requirements. That's why we go with you to Casas de Ibáñez where the perfect bridge is for you to launch.

With this bungee jump you will experience a fall to 20 meters on the ground with a pendulum-shaped movement after braking. Each phase of the experience is amazing:

- Preparation with the material: the instructor will put the harness through which he will hold you to the rest of the anchors.

- Explanation of the instructions for a good jump: listen carefully where to place yourself, right on the edge of the bridge structure so you don't bump into anything. When you are well placed, the instructor releases the last safety rope and you can throw yourself.

The usual schedule of bungee jumping in Casas de Ibáñez is at 9.30 in the morning . If you are of age, all you need to keep in mind is to be in good health, without heart disease or back injury.
