Empordá Bike Resort Trekking offers you to discover hiking trails that will allow you to know the territory from north to south and from east to west.

With these fantastic routes, in a short time you can go from the loneliest coves to the most lush forests, or from the main towns to the most inhospitable and quiet villages.

Everyone can prepare their itinerary with the more than 360 kms of the hiking trails in our region, combining the different marked and intertwined paths over the territory.

Enjoy along different itineraries studied for different levels, always looking to make the most of both the ups and downs.

Divided into groups according to your physical and technical capacity, we leave our BTT center in the lower Empordá, from which we have more than 320 km of routes for all profiles.

The different routes go through amazing landscapes like:

• Les Gavarres (just 400 meters from the center), with its 300 square kilometers of green forests
• The massif of L'Ardenya, with 180 square kilometers of protected area
• Montgrí, north of the region and near the sea
