This is a sport that can be practiced by anyone who knows how to swim and depending on the level chosen, from beginner to advanced, other requirements will be necessary such as being in good physical condition.

Our experienced guides will take you through different ravines, do you want to know them?

• Canyoning in the Guadalmina River in Marbella. The route takes approximately 3 hours to complete and has a low difficulty, so it is ideal for getting started. It has pools and slopes with which you can learn the rappelling technique, so common in this activity. For this ravine it is necessary to know how to swim, since the last stretch of the river is crossed by swimming.

• Canyoning in the Sima del Diablo in Ronda, the Río Almanchares in Velez Malaga or the Río Verde in Almuñecar. These are in Malaga and Granada and they are all done in approximately 3 or 4 hours. With any of these three medium-level ravines you can jump, rappel, slide down natural slides, swim and go under waterfalls.

• Advanced level ravines. Here we find two options, either the Río Lentegí canyon in Almuñecar or the Las Buitreras canyon in Cortes de la Frontera. With both of you you will be able to enjoy rappelling and you will find jumps from 12 to 25 meters high. You won't forget it!

We take care of all the material you need to carry out the activities, such as neoprene, helmet, booties, harnesses... In addition to all the necessary permits.

At Exploramás we know the ideal places for hiking in the Andalusian provinces of Seville, Cádiz, Málaga and Granada. In none of them there is a pre-established level, which allows us to visit these areas at a calm pace or opt for more complex itineraries for which we must be in good physical shape.

Among these routes there are routes designed to get to know each of these areas:

- The Sierra de las Nieves: where we can advance along the bed of the Verde River, very popular for canyoning, the Tajo de la Caina, continue from Conejeras to Fuenfría or climb to Pico Torrecilla. p>

- The Sierra de Grazalema: we will reach the trails that run between the Bosque river, the Guadiaro, or we will walk towards the Salto del Cabrero.

- The Sierra Tejeda Natural Park: where we find routes that take us along the Chillar River, La Maroma and the Verde River as it passes through Granada.

- La Sierra Blanca: where we can visit the Cruz del Juanar, between Ojén and Málaga, or walk between La Concha and Marbella.

- Walk through the Torcal de Antequera introducing us to its characteristic ecosystem.

At Exploramás we have prepared our fleet of all-terrain vehicles to take you in the most comfortable way into its typical urban geography, composed of natural spaces in the mountains and small urban centers characterized by the white color of their buildings that reflects the sun of southern Spain.

On board these 4x4 cars we will know:

- The natural parks of the main provinces: depending on your preferences we can travel to the Sierra de las Nieves, Los Alcornocales or La Sierra de Grazalema. Each route will have an average duration of between 4 and 6 hours and runs along paths without difficulty.

- The White Villages: we will discover how the inhabitants of these charming enclaves between mountains live on a tour of a maximum of 6 hours through the location of your choice or the one closest to the place where we pass you to search.

- The Genal Valley: between the Serranía Ronda and Sierra Bermeja, with large areas of forests, a magnificent waterfall and the curious landscape formed by the Spanish firs.

Mountain biking is one of the most fun and ecological methods to get to know the Andalusian natural parks in more detail. For this we have planned routes with tracks suitable for mountain biking.

Among those we propose:

- Sierra Bermeja: we will use descending roads in a 30 km stretch between Estepona and Málaga. We will begin by climbing to 700 meters above sea level, along with the material, aboard our all-terrain vehicles. It hardly presents any difficulties and we will finish in a maximum time of 4 hours.

- Sierra de las Nieves: a route between the proximities of Monda and Málaga that is limited to 19 km of low complexity that is completed in a minimum period of 2 hours.< /p>

- Sierra de Grazalema: 16 km of medium difficulty route leaving from Olvera to reach our goal in Cádiz. We will pass through the amazing Zaframagón vulture reserve.

- Cliffs of Conil: a beautiful 30 km walk to cover in 3 hours along the coasts that connect Sancti Petri with the capital of Cadiz.

Each participant, in addition to insurance, the support vehicle and the guides, will be provided with a bottle of water for the journey.

At Exploramás we show you how easy it is to overcome your own limits through climbing. To test or improve in this sport, we will travel to the rocky massifs that we find in Mijas, a location with a total of 67 routes in which we will find sections without any of difficulty, even the most complex ones.

We develop the climbing activity as follows:

- We will allocate an estimated time between 3 and 4 hours with the aim of finishing the activity in half a day.

- In addition to the usual material for each participant, consisting of climbing shoes, harness, helmet and ropes, we will distribute bottles of water.

- The professional team consists of instructors and a support vehicle with which a quick evacuation will be possible in case of incidents.

- We organize ourselves in groups between 4 and 7 participants, with the possibility of hiring our VIP service with a private guide for outings of 2 or 3 people.

At Exploramás we enjoy the Costa de Sol on horseback from our activity center in the province of Malaga. Each of the routes includes the services of an instructor who will act as a guide to monitor the correct handling of the animal and answer any questions that may arise along the way.

These walks take place mostly through natural areas and in them:

- We follow a route drawn between the surroundings of the towns of Mijas and Fuengirola, which we have chosen because it gives us the opportunity to advance between rivers and forested areas.

- We will spend an approximate time of 1 hour and a half, which we consider sufficient, especially for those who are not used to riding. This space allows us to rehearse during the first minutes with the horse and take a fairly complete excursion to get a general overview of the region. 2 and 3 hour departures are also available for those who wish to stay longer with us.

You can book this adventure at any time of the year, although we recommend those with mild temperatures as they will make the trip more pleasant.

At Exploramás you can choose how and where you want to play paintball, since in addition to having a traditional field, we have a mobile stage with Paintball Laser that we will install in the location you tell us.

- The fixed field: it is located in the Technology Park in Malaga, just over 15 minutes from Malaga and 40 minutes from Marbella. You have 5 game scenarios to choose from and 2 game modes, Paintball with Balls and Laser Paintball.

- For the mobile scenario: we will be in charge of both managing the installation permits and placing and picking it up. You will only have to have an area where we can install it (garden, farm, private area, etc.)

In Paintball with Balls, we do not set a specific time for the games, which will be extended depending on the recharges you have requested. In Laser Paintball, the duration of the event will be 1 hour and a half, during this time you will be able to play as many games as you want.

Along with the materials that will serve as your protection, you will have the assistance of monitors and a referee, spray showers distributed throughout the stages, WC, cafeteria-bar, etc.

All the scenarios lend themselves to different game modes such as capturing the flag or setting all of us as the only object of attack on the boyfriend or girlfriend in case we take the opportunity to celebrate a bachelor party.

In addition, depending on the game mode chosen, you will have a totally free Hamburger and Drink or Snack Menu.

With Exploramás embark on spelunking through expeditions through the most characteristic caves in Andalusia. It is one of the most amazing adventure activities for companies. The sensation of entering the interior of the earth, of entering a hidden, different, unique world, provides you with a memorable experience.

- The Cave of Scare: we find it in the Grazalema Natural Park, near Zahara. We will face 2 hours along underground paths with hardly any difficulty, so you will see that it is not necessary to have a high level to reach corners of great value.

- Eccentric and Fuensanta: cavities in the Genal Valley of Malaga, with a route of 500 and 400 meters, respectively. Both are simple and accessible but equally surprising.

- Cueva de Nagüeles: in a route close to 900 meters we will overcome a difference of 25 meters, reserving a maximum of 4 hours to do so. It is a cavity without complexity.

- Cat Cave: it is close to Ronda and is one of the entrances to a complete speleological system famous throughout the country for the continuous presence of water. To continue its more than 4 kilometers we will need an average physical condition.

We go out in groups of at least 4 participants, with a cheaper price for more than 7 people. If there are 2 or 3 of you, you can opt for our VIP service.

At Exploramás we exceed your expectations of getting to know Andalusia through a form of tourism outside the traditional circuits: quad routes. As a driver or passenger, this easy-to-use vehicle, as long as we comply with production instructions, allows us to approach some of the most sought-after points in the south of the peninsula with an added touch of excitement.

- You can choose between itineraries that pass through the Genal Valley, the Serranía de Ronda or the surroundings of Málaga.

- We use vehicles suitable for circulation with 250 cc of power.

- Each participant will wear, provided by our team, a helmet and glasses that will protect us from dust, and sometimes from mud.

- In addition to the pilots, qualified technicians, we will carry a support vehicle that will assist us when necessary.

You can decide on routes that vary between 60 minutes in duration and 4 hours. People traveling as companions will always pay the same price, without an increase in time.

At Exploramás we challenge your aim with an archery session developed in a private field set up for this purpose with all the necessary protections.

In this discipline it is necessary to temper the nerves and let ourselves be carried away by the sensations that the material transmits to us in the first moments that we will dedicate to know it in more detail.

- We have bows for both right-handed and left-handed people suitable for inexperienced people. Possibly you have never thought about it but the position of the hand means that the material must have a different configuration in one case or another.

- It is practiced under the supervision of instructors who are in charge of giving us the initial rules and proposing different games throughout the adventure.

- We will bring a bottle of water for each of the members of the group.

In Exploramás we have joined the adventures of gymkanas around the city for adults, with headquarters in the city of Malaga but with action in various locations in Andalusia. These themed gymkhanas have a very common objective, that of joining ties in the business environment, which is a team building session.

We organize adventures with magic trials and team help in some wonderful places. As at work, unity is strength and you have to organize yourself well to pass all the tests, which have an extraordinary touch of fun.
