With Montsec Activa you can spend an exciting day surrounded by whoever you want in a natural environment located within Montsec, in the Áger valley (Lleida). We offer you a wide range of activities, both aquatic and multi-adventure.

The Congost de Mont-rebei is an ideal place to enjoy adventure sports, thanks to having the only gorge in Catalonia that remains pure to human constructions. A place like no other whose only construction is a walk on the rock to be able to go hiking while enjoying the views of the area.

We have a lot of activities aimed at both families and groups of friends. We do: hiking, kayaking, canoeing, canoeing, mountain biking, segway, paragliding, balloon or plane ride, paintball, quads or via ferrata.

Mont-rebei Canoe Experience brings you this water sport so you can enjoy it with whoever you want. You can spend a good day riding a canoe while discovering the Mont-rebei gorge, the only area of Catalonia in which there is no urban formation. A natural area crossed by a bridle path whose views are impressive due to its sculpture.

We offer you this practice for all levels:

-Mont-rebei Basic: if you have never ridden a canoe and want to do it easily without a great effort, you can practice it at this very practical basic level so you can enjoy it with family or friends. The excursion will be to the Mont-rebei gorge.
-Advanced Mont-rebei: with a slightly greater difficulty than the previous one, although you choose the pace you will take when going without a guide. You will travel a distance of 14 kilometers and enjoy this natural environment with total freedom. You can organize stops to eat or take a bath.
-Montsec Cros Canoe: an interesting journey in which you will go with a guide through areas such as the Mont-rebei gorge, the Seguer gorge, the Pertusa pass or the Fet gorge. It will be an interesting route to the Canelles reservoir that will end in the town of Blancafort.
-Mont-rebei Canoe-Trek: a journey in which we will combine this activity with hiking. We will go canoeing on a fun tour in which the return will be along a path sculpted in the rock.

The tours we offer are:

• The Congost of Mont-rebei

17km and 1h long route, which passes through the impressive Congost de Montrebei. Sculpted by the Noguera Ribagorzana River, it is the only large gorge in Catalonia that remains virgin without any road, railway or power line crossing it. The walls reach more than 500m of vertical drop and are 25 meters wide.

• The Congost of Mont-rebei. The vultures of Blancafort. The wall of Finestres

40km and 2h route where in addition to visiting the Congost de Montrebei, you will be able to observe the Blancafort vulture colony and the sensational geological formation known as the Finestres wall

Mont-rebei Hiking Experienceoffers you the best routes through the Mont-rebei gorge. If you like to walk through uninhabited corners where there is direct contact with nature, this is your opportunity.

This land of great beauty is one of the few corners in Catalonia without any urban formation. You can enjoy a special route along the bridle path partially sculpted in the rock of this place. We will find walls that will fall over 500 meters or enclaves with a minimum width of 20 meters.

If this route has not convinced you, you can also visit the Aragón riverbank, where you will find a path of zigzag stairs within the cliffs of Seguer, crossing the river by a hanging bridge. A place with a very attractive tourist interest for you to enjoy with our highly experienced guides.

Do not hesitate to come with your family or friends and choose one of these four options that we offer:

1. Mont-rebei Basic

Ideal for families who want to practice hiking in a relaxed and quiet way. We include transportation to the Seguer pier, where we will begin the excursion of about 6 kilometers away. You can go through the Seguer stairs accompanied, if you want, by a professional guide.

2. The path of Pertusa

We will travel 9 kilometers from the Áger Valley campsite. On this journey we will visit Pertusa, Masieta and the classic Mont-rebei trail. You can choose whether to go with a guide or not. This expedition begins at 9 am.

3. The Montfalcó road

You will choose to go with a guide or not through the Aragonese riverside area. You will cross a river through a suspension bridge and visit the zig zag stairs. Transportation included to take you to the route and back. A 10 and a half kilometer route that will end in the town of Montfalcó.

The walls of the gorge measure more than 500 meters and are about 20 meters wide. Come and enjoy with whoever you want this journey that will cross the Montsec mountain range. If you have never ridden a Kayak, don't worry. We offer you up to four levels adapted to you:

-Mont-rebei Basic: a six-kilometer route aimed at families who want to enjoy calm waters through the Mont-rebei gorge. This activity is ideal for all audiences who want to enjoy a beautiful landscape on a relaxing day.
-Advanced Mont-rebei: you will choose the pace you want to follow. You will travel up to 14 kilometers through a very practical landscape to stop to eat or take a bath. You will go without a guide and with more freedom to do what you want.
-Montsec Cros Kayak: this time you will go with a guide to explain all the gorges through which this wild route passes. We will travel up to 14 kilometers passing through areas such as the Mont-rebei gorge, the Seguer gorge, the Pertusa pass and the Fet gorge. Our final destination will be the town of Blancafort, located at the head of the reservoir.
-Mont-rebei Kayak-Trek: combines kayaking with a walk through this totally isolated landscape. We will go kayaking while the return trip will be along a path carved into the rock.

Mont-rebei Canoe Experience offers you the possibility of practicing Canoeing within the Mont-rebei gorge, which forms the Noguera Ribagorzana river when crossing the Montsec mountain range.

It is the only great gorge in Catalonia that remains unspoilt without being crossed by any road, rail or power line. It is only crossed by a bridle path partially sculpted in the rock that allows you to enjoy the place with great enthusiasm. The walls of the gorge exceed 500m in vertical drop, with points where the minimum width is only 20m.

With Mont-rebei Canoe Experience you can choose between four options aimed at all levels so that you can decide the one that best suits your preferences:

1. Mont-rebei Basic: for those of you who want to enjoy a canoe excursion through the Mont-rebei gorge comfortably and without excessive effort. Valid for all audiences and without requiring any type of physical condition. It is the ideal option to do as a family.

It is an excursion with a guide. The distance is 6 km and the difficulty is Low.

2. Mont-rebei Advanced: aimed at those who want to enjoy a day in nature in complete freedom. Excursion without a guide and without a time limit. You will decide the rhythm you want to take with the possibility of making stops to eat or take a bath.

The distance is 14Km and the difficulty is Medium-Low.

3. Montsec Cros Piragua: impressive route through the Canelles reservoir. A wild and natural route that takes place through spectacular gorges. You will cross the Mont-rebei gorge, the Seguer gorge, the Pertusa pass and the Fet gorge, ending the expedition in the old town of Blancafort.

It is an excursion with a guide. The distance is 14Km and the difficulty is Medium-Low.

4. Mont-rebei Piragua-Trek: combined and very complete activity. There will be a one-way trip in a canoe and you will refresh yourself along the beautiful path carved out of the rock.
