• Río Verde has a medium level. For about 4 hours you will cross part of the Sierra Tejada, Almijara and Alhama .

• The Zarzalones canyon is perfect to get started in this sport, you can also do it all year round here whenever the weather permits.

• Another with similar characteristics is that of Almanchares , in Canillas de Aceituno , because in just 3 hours you can enjoy your first contact in style.
