The Serrella Canyoning courses are based on acquiring the basic knowledge to descend canyons, knowing what material is necessary for this activity and its use, the safety rules to follow and getting started in this practice.

Our course is divided into two distinct parts:

• The first part consists of a theoretical-practical session in the classroom, supported with slides and material specific to the activity. At the end of the session, a dossier is given to the participants with the explanations and topics discussed.

• The second part consists of two practical outings in one weekend. First, to a dry ravine, ideal to start this sport and develop everything explained in the theoretical session.
