If you want to escape the monotony of everyday life, with Turiaactiva you can live a unique experience in Valencia .

What do we offer?

- Horseback riding : we carry out excursions for all the public, both for adults and children, who want to feel for a moment like a great rider. We organize different routes: by the river Turia, by Porxinos, by Riba-Roja de Turia and by Bassa Barreta. What area do you want to discover?

- Climbing : this sport is aimed at all kinds of people. If you like to live new adventures, with us you will learn to climb vertical walls for 3 hours. You will have all the material to carry out the activity in a very safe way.

- BTT : you will visit the inaccessible places of the Turia River Natural Park by bicycle. We are a company that takes into account the level of each participant and that is why we carry out different routes suitable for the group. During the journey a sports technician will teach you all the tricks to tackle the slopes.

- Hiking : if you want to enjoy some privileged natural landscapes, we suggest that you visit the banks of the Turia River, Mount de la Rodana, Mount de la Pea and some other surprises on foot.

Description of Turiaactiva Mountain Biking

Turiaactiva offers you the possibility of making descents on mountain bike in Valencia.

It is an activity suitable to do any time of the year. You will go through areas that very few people can access. That is why a medium-high level and a minimum of 12 years are required , although we take into account the abilities of the group and adapt the route according to the level of the participants.

During the journey, an expert downhill sports instructor will accompany you. Not only will it teach you the various methods of tackling a slope, but it will also ensure that you enjoy the privileged natural spaces of the Turia Natural Park.

In general, the duration of the departure is 3 hours .

Our meeting point will be the Wooden House on the Turia de Vilamarxant River. We ask you to respect everything we visit to the maximum. The only footprint we will leave will be that of the wheels of our bikes .

Have you always wanted to know what it feels like to climb ? With Turiaactiva you can get started in this exciting sport in Valencia .

Under the instruction of qualified instructors in this sport, you will learn to safely ascend a flat plate, 2 kilometers from our facilities. That is why for 3 hours you will learn all the techniques to become a great climber. It is a course that combines theory with practice.

It is an ideal activity for all audiences, both for children and adults, as well as for beginners and experienced users. We put at your disposal all the equipment (helmet, ropes, harness ...). We advise you to dress with suitable and comfortable clothing and footwear.

You will be surprised to see such beautiful places from above. You will also enjoy all the natural environment that surrounds you, very close to the Turia river. Our goal is that little by little you move up the grade and experience new extreme sensations climbing.

In Turiaactiva you can enjoy a beautiful horse riding experience in Valencia .

What are the horse routes that we offer?

- Route 1 Wooden House : aimed at all those who want to start horse riding. We will start the activity on our block. We will give a 30 minute horse riding class. Then we will make an exit through the privileged environments that surround the Turia river for 3 hours.

- Route 2 Bassa Barreta : you will discover the corral de la Bassa Barreta, as well as the town of La Bassa Barreta and Les Trinxeres. It is an activity suitable for all those who want to know what it feels like to ride on the backs of these beautiful animals. The duration of the activity is one morning or one full afternoon.

- Route 3 Porxinos : we will arrive at Porxinos where you can contemplate the orange trees of the land, as well as other different types of flora. The excursion lasts 2 hours.

- Route 4 Riba-Roja Turia : you will enjoy a leisurely walk for 2 hours bordering the river Turia, which is surrounded by wooden bridges and by large pine and orange trees. We will arrive at Riba-Roja de Turia, a recreational area where you can rest for a few minutes.

The difficulty of our tours is minimal.

Description of Turiaactiva Hiking

In Turiaactiva you can explore the most spectacular corners of Valencia on foot.

What hiking trails do we offer?

- El Paleral de Pedralba Route : for 4 hours you will visit the Turia River Natural Park, as well as the Palmeral mountain. The difficulty of the exit is medium.

- La Rodana Route : you will climb Mount de la Rodana where you can contemplate from the heights the Mediterranean Sea, the Albufera Natural Park, the Serra Calderona Natural Park and much more. In addition, for 3 kilometers you can visit trenches, bunkers and shelters of the Spanish Civil Guard. It is a route with medium difficulty.

- Ruta del Agua : you will visit the banks of the Turia river and Mount de la Pea. With this route you will discover what agricultural irrigation consists of. On Mount de la Pea you can enjoy the impressive views offered by the viewpoints of La Troneta and Hoces del Turia.

On all our routes, an accompanying guide will go with you .
