Description of Dos74

DOS74 is an outdoor activities center integrated in the coast of the municipality of Canet d´En Berenguer (Valencia). Surrounded by the typical Mediterranean landscape, and with a great climate, we carry out activities related to sports, the environment, education, training and culture in the sea and in the mountains.

In this way, we have courses, both surf and paddle surfing, oriented both to a first contact and an initiation course that allows acquiring the basic knowledge to develop such sports. We also have introductory courses in climbing , trekking , night routes or trail running in the mountains. In our full-day days, it is possible to combine activities at sea and in the mountains during the same day.

Other activities we carry out are Pilates courses on the beach at sunset or the photography workshop in nature, during a weekend, with accommodation and food included.

For people who already have prior knowledge, and know how to function on their own, we offer the possibility of renting the equipment and freely enjoying the sport. However, from the company we reserve the possibility of carrying out level tests in order to make sure of the capacity of those who rent the materials.

Likewise, we offer weekend packs that suit all personalities: from the most active and adventurous to those who prefer to spend the weekend in tranquility and contact with nature.

Description of Dos74 Surf

At DOS74 we carry out surfing courses for those who wish to start in this wonderful sport.

We have the possibility of making a first contact alone or accompanied by another person such as your brother or a friend. In this modality the basic principles of surfing will be given. If you wish, you can also take a complete initiation course which will allow you to learn the basic skills of surfing, you will learn to read the predictions, the safety conditions, the analysis of the different types of boards and the basic warm-up.

If you already have experience in this sport, you also have the possibility to rent the equipment and go surfing on your own. From DOS74 we keep the possibility of doing a test to check the good level of those who rent the material for security reasons.

Description of Dos74 Paddle Surfing

Get started in Paddle Surf with DOS74. Try a first experience course and continue with a complete introductory course to complete your training.

With this new modality you will practice balance on the board and with it proprioception, you will enhance the abdominal belt and upper extremities, improving ergonomics on the board.

Many people have already signed up to practice Paddle Surf, that is why from DOS74 we give you the opportunity to get started in this new sport.

We have courses for a first contact in which you can measure your affinity or lack of it with this sport. We also have a complete initiation course and an intermediate course, where you will start catching your first waves, so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs and expectations.

But if you are already a regular in this sport and want to practice it on your own, we give you the possibility to simply rent the equipment and try different boards.

We are waiting for you at sea with the boards ready!

If you like the mountains and are not afraid of heights, in DOS74 we suggest you jump into the world of climbing.

This sport consisting of reaching the top of a mountain wall assisted by a rope mechanism requires great concentration, strength and balance and is a sport suitable for almost the whole family. Of course, we guarantee all security measures so that the activity is carried out safely.

At Dos74 we propose one of the healthiest and most entertaining sports for you to practice this summer. We are talking about hiking.

hiking is a sport suitable for all people and physical conditions. With it you will notice how your body improves, circulation, and how you feel better, stronger and more active. In addition, we offer you routes through the mountains and near the sea whose beauty will make you forget that you are doing sports.

For the more daring, we have the possibility of starting to walk the GR-10 trail with us. This trail crosses the peninsula and reaches Lisbos, who knows, maybe you will dare to complete it.

The routes will take place at sunset to avoid the suffocating summer temperatures. But, if you want, the route can be nocturnal. This night route includes a succulent dinner with which you will recharge your batteries for the return home.

And if what you want is to give more power to the walk, join us in trail running and start running down the mountain.
