We divide the training into three parts so that you can assimilate all the concepts and techniques well so that you achieve the best results. The first thing we offer you is to perform your kitesurf baptism with us. For three hours we will show you how to assemble and disassemble the equipment, we will teach you how to raise and land the kite, we will give something about flight theory and even enter the water so that you feel the thrill of sliding through the water with this sport modality; yes, accompanied at all times by the instructor who will guide the slip.

Surely after this first contact you will be encouraged and decide to sign up for our full kitesurf course . In it we will start from scratch and we will gradually increase the techniques and difficulty in order to achieve the best and most solid learning. The course is divided into three parts : the first part of the training is done only on the sand and in it we will learn the material handling and safety measures. In the second part we will get into the water, but without a board, to learn how to handle the kite perfectly inside and, in the third and final phase, we will combine everything we have learned and add the table to launch ourselves to live the emotion more extreme kitesurfing.

At Sup Life Valencia we adapt the surf training that our instructors are in charge of at any level. You can come alone or with more people every weekend since we focus classes on Saturdays and Sundays .

Book these lessons with reduced rates that are even smaller for group practice:

- Individual classes : they are 2 hours with a national surf coach in which they seek to meet the objective of each student. There will be a maximum of 7 participants per class and we will lend you both the board, the leash and the wetsuit.

- Classes in groups of between 4 and 7 friends : they are also 120 minutes but you choose the moment since you will have the instructor in private. We will only recommend you when we consider that the sea conditions are better for it.

- Group lessons for at least 8 students : and up to a maximum of 15. We will also be with you for 2 hours.
