- 10-hour course: we extend them over 4 or 5 days and they are done on both collective and private boats that you can select according to the budget you want to use and the level of customization you require.

- Private classes: here there is nothing more than the boat, the teacher and yourself, focusing on the aspects that you need to work on most to continue evolving.< /p>

- For a complete control: with the 10-hour course to be completed in up to 5 days, we will go through all the levels until we reach the improvement phase.
