• If strong emotions are your thing, our rappelling and zip-lining courses are calling for you. You will learn to descend with fixed ropes or assemble safety knots and zip lines, among others. Perfect for mountain lovers.

• If you are planning a day with friends and of course, you want to have a great time, the BigSup routes through the Cedeira estuary, As Pontes lake and surrounding areas, is the perfect option for a group (at least 4 people).
