Soul Spot

Soul Spot is a company located in the town of Colares, just about 38 kilometers northwest of Lisbon. Its function is to expand the world of surfing through the teaching of this sport and some of its variants such as bodyboarding.

On the beaches of Colares, bathed by the Atlantic, all the conditions come together to practice this sport. It has enormous beaches cut by cliffs on which the neighboring municipalities are located, forming an incredible landscape.

From renting a surfboard to taking classes and courses it is possible at Soul Spot, where its instructors will teach you everything you need to be an ace among the waves. You will have the opportunity to start from scratch with beginner classes until perfecting your technique with more advanced classes.

The Bodyboard discipline, so fashionable in recent years, is also taught by Soul Spot. You can attend classes in this discipline in which you can surf the Atlantic waves lying down.

This area of the Lisbon district offers incredible landscapes in which tradition and nature merge, forming an ideal setting for surfing.
