Soy Chef Junior

I am a Junior Chef is a school specialized in cooking for children , and above all we are located in a perfect area for it: the Mercado de Torrijos in Madrid . Here, we have planned urban camps for the summer dedicated 100% to the kitchen : to experiment in it and to prepare delicious dishes with which they will cheer you up on weekends .

From June 24, when all the boys and girls finish classes at school, until August 2, you can choose one or two weeks of this urban gastronomic camp. We start in the kitchen, from Monday to Friday , at 9 in the morning, and we go out at 14:30 with food included (prepared by the kids, of course).

The first thing we will do is prepare the recipe, thinking about the ingredients that we will need to go to the supermarket at 10:30 to buy them (all of them healthy). At 11 we will start the pastry session , followed by the preparation of a complete and delicious lunch. At 1:30 we will all eat together tasting the dishes and appreciating their evolution in the kitchen.

In addition, there are two different food programs for the summer months: program A will be the weeks of June 24-28, July 8-12 and July 22 to July 26; While the program B will be from July 1 to 5, from July 15 to 19 and from July 29 to August 2. You already know that you can choose one or two of them.

And ... what do these programs consist of? They are similar, but with their differences. In both we will practice Spanish cuisine, we will do a I'm a Junior Chef championship and we will prepare a dish for the whole family. But, in A we will cook dishes from the United States and Italy, while in B we will treat the food of our neighbor France and typical oriental dishes.

These urban camps are recommended for children from 5 to 12 years old.
