Bigboy nautica

Bigboy Nautica offers a wide variety of nautical services, among which you will find a school of approved nautical qualifications, sailboat rental, nautical repairs, sale of nautical equipment, ropes and hardware.

Our base is in the city of La Coruña, but we have full geographic availability. At Bigboy Nautica we carry out transport of boats without any restrictions.

The company is directed by Pilar Casares Carmona: a degree in chemistry, a higher altitude skipper, a naval mechanic, a broad curriculum in the nautical recreational sector as well as in regattas. The other person in charge is Rafael Benitez Lanza: a graduate in nautical sciences with extensive experience in the world of sailing competition.

If you want to enjoy the sea in the best way, always do it with the best professionals, people with ample experience who have many years as sailors and know perfectly all the secrets and conditions it offers.

At the Bigboy Nautical Sailing School we teach all nautical qualifications.

We have courses ranging from the PNB (Basic Navigation Pattern) that allows navigation within 5 miles of the coast and the government of 8-meter boats, to Capitan de Yate, a title that allows the government of boats without limit in length or miles away from the coast.

We have a complete team of professionals, all of them well-experienced. They will be in charge of guiding you through the training process that involves preparing to obtain the different nautical titles.

All the necessary materials, Accident and Civil Liability insurance are at our expense. We have the best means to offer you a quality service and with which to enjoy the pleasure of sailing in the best possible way.

At Bigboy Nautica Boat Trips we put at your disposal a fabulous beneteau Cyclades 39.3 sailboat with capacity for 8 people plus the skipper.

The boat rental price includes everything you need:

Skipper, boron kitchenware for 9 people, electric fridge, stove, microwave, hot shower, television, radio and CD with outdoor speakers, table in cockpit, depth sounder, slide, GPS, plotter with complete cartography of Europe, radar, radio, radio beacon, genoa furler, vests and approved safety equipment for 9 people.

Additional services that we offer but are not included are:

• Cleaning on board
• Catering service
• Paella on board

• Gas-oil tank
