Captain Axarquía

Captain Axarquía organizes motorboat excursions through the eastern part of the Costa del Sol. These are guided routes along the Axarquía coastline, where you will find spectacular landscapes with cliffs and waterfalls.

The excursion departs from the Caleta de Vélez Marina (15 minutes from Nerja, Torrox and Malaga), and lasts approximately 4 hours.

It is one of the most unknown areas of the province of Malaga, you would never imagine that such impressive landscapes were so close.

The problem is that access to this area can only be done by sea. Hence, you cannot miss this magnificent opportunity.

We will make stops in the calmest coves, to take a bath and snorkel.

We have packages with food, taste the typical products of the Axarquía region eating at a beach bar.

If what you prefer to try yourself with the fishing rod , you can also rent our specialized boat for spaces of at least 4 hours, so you will spend a minimum of half a day at sea with us.

We also do other water sports, such as banana boat, ask about our rates in combined activities.

With Captain Axarquía you can go fishing along the Malaga coast whenever you feel like it. For this we use a sports boat that is fully equipped to fulfill this purpose.

This type of activity will allow you to spend a spectacular day in search of the best catches on the Costa del Sol. We can move from Nerja, around Torrox, near Torre del Mar or closer to Caleta de Vélez. Think about it or let us advise you directly.

These expeditions are valid for anyone, we do not take into account your age but rather that it is the special moment you are looking for to learn something new or do what you like so much. We offer you:

- Journey aboard a high-end boat that is specifically designed for fishing, the Corifisher 840 model. It has a capacity for 8 people.

- We carry the necessary gear for angling, as well as that in which the electric reel is used.

- Of course, the ship is governed by a skipper who will take you to a safe harbor. We are also helped by a monitor that is very useful to start beginners.

- The sea tends to awaken our thirst and the desire to eat something, so we will give you a drink and a snack on board.

Fishing trips are hired for a minimum of 4 hours, departing and returning from the Caleta de Vélez Marina.

In Captain Axarquía a boat trip can simply serve you to enjoy the sea, as you have been waiting for so long. However, if you let us advise you, you will discover that from Torre del Mar the tourist possibilities multiply since we are in an area full of culture and interesting details.

There are approximately 40 kilometers of coastline where we have the option to soak up:

- The inheritance left to us by the Phoenicians: in Almayate remains remain that date back to before the beginning of our era.

- Caleta de Vélez and its port: for fishing and sports purposes, it maintains its blue flag for most of the year and is a provincial reference for fishermen.
