Bittersweet experience. I wanted to give my boy a kayak route through the water cave for two people, for which I paid € 80.

Upon arrival, half an hour late because we got lost in the streets of Mazarrón, we found that the group had already left and we could not enjoy the experience.

The price for groups is € 25 / person and they charged me € 40 / person trying to get us into a group. That day they did not give us any solution, the owner did not even show his face, he was not in the place and despite being calling to tell us that we were late, he did not answer us.

When we managed to talk to him, he told us that it is understood that an excursion is for several people, on the other hand he charges me the price of two people ... We are a cheeky who only seeks to get the maximum benefit regardless of anything else.

My experience that Monday, August 23, was bad. What hurt me the most was not that they cheated on me but that I couldn't give my boy the experience that he had so eagerly prepared for. Everything was in a simple bathroom on the beach of Mazarrón.

Today, Thursday 26 they have offered us to return and we have agreed because in the end the important thing for us is the kayak route. Highly recommended, it is enjoyable and the water cave is very interesting to visit, also the monitor who has accompanied us very attentively when giving explanations.

Of course, how could it be otherwise with the owner of this business, we have been a group of 6 people at € 40 / person. In the end either you go through the hoop or you do not do the route because the money is not returned.

This on the one hand, on the other we have to take into account the scarce hygiene measures and more in these times of pandemic. Masks and hydroalcoholic gel are conspicuous by their absence. A supposed locker room is nothing more than a warehouse type cabin where everyone enters to leave their belongings and without any ventilation. The bathroom does not have more than a dirty walk-in shower where there is no hot water or pressure if they plug in the outside hose, where they offer you to "shower", a hose and your house. That is the "changing room with shower" that the owner assured me that they have there.

In short, a very positive experience with that great route to the water cave but negative at the same time because of what was previously commented. In the end I have the feeling that they have laughed at me and have taken the money from me, despite the wonderful route.

Would you repeat us? We would do the route again without thinking about it. Same route and stops, same monitor, but not with them, it is a company to be avoided.
