We are a tourism center that aims to promote the natural environment and preserve it. Our center is specifically located in the town ofAlar del Rey, from which we will leave for the areas where we carry out the different activities where you will have a great time.

• First of all, we invite you to spend a day navigating the Canal de Castilla on a journey of calm waters or to visit the best rapids of the Pisuerga in our 1 or 2-seater canoes, according to the preferences of each participant. We will provide you with all the necessary material for the activity as well as a small previous class so that you learn to handle the material perfectly.
• The second option is more complete and is that you will spend two days in our company. On Friday we will receive you at night in Alar del Rey where we will enjoy a wonderful dinner and sleep to recharge. On Saturday the action will begin with a 25 km bike route to the place where we will take our canoes until we reach Osorno where we will enjoy a picnic lunch. We will also make the return by bicycle. On Sunday we will have a full morning because we will go by bike and then by canoe until noon when we will return to Lar del Rey to pick up our things and go to Palencia to eat.
