The winery is supplied with 14 hectares of vineyards of all ages, from 3 to 59 years old, it is the farm that I have been in charge of since the retirement of my father, a lifelong wine grower.
Finally, Bodegas Aladro entered the market with the 2004 vintage with a young red wine, this being the year that the brand. The winery would also be extended to a red wine with 10 months of barrel. A challenge we face loaded with experience.
Our winery is a modern facility where we have 7 steel tanks, four of them open at the top, ideal for making carbonic maceration.
The vineyard area is 14 hectares of Tempranillo grapes. The soil, of clayey-calcareous constitution and slightly sloping, is at an altitude of 450 meters, on the second step of Rioja Alavesa. The viticulture is totally ecological, with dry land vineyard. The subscriber is made with organic matter.
