Bodegas Campillo

Bodegas Campillo is a winery that emerged from Julio Faustino's passion for wine. To design the winery he hires an architect who gives shape to his dream. It is the first winery in Rioja to be built with an architectural project, so common today in which architecture and wine are closely linked.

Our goal is to offer a benchmark in wine tourism in our country and offers its visitors a wide variety of activities, custom designed with different services, always depending on the time of year.

We offer different types of visits:

• Guided tour of the winery: The visit lasts about 60 minutes during which the winery is toured and followed by a guided tasting of 2 wines, chosen depending on the time of year, and an aperitif to accompany them.

• Guided tour of the vineyard: You can tour some unique and exceptional vineyards due to their magnitude and their careful care, as long as time permits. The visit ends with a country aperitif, typical of the area, in the vineyard itself.

• Tasting of the 5 senses: It is the only tasting modality in which we teach how to use the 5 senses to choose a wine, so that we know how to simply distinguish if we like the wine or not and why, starting with white and rosé wines and continuing with red wines from different vintages.
