Bodegas Martinez Palacios

The Martínez Palacios family, founder of the wineries of the same name, has deep roots in viticulture.

The family owns the vineyard very close to the facilities of Bodegas Martinez Palacios (the furthest one is about 2.5 km) so the control of them, as well as that of the adjacent ones, which are also part of the grapes, is continued.

Our vineyards are more than 25 years old and have a total area of approximately 15 hectares, located in one of the most privileged areas of the region. A perfect place for the production of our wines.

The cultivation of the vines is carried out on a double cord trellis, so the grain obtained is small, the lands are clay-calcareous with a slight inclination and facing south, making them a perfect place for vine cultivation.

In each plot the harvest is carried out at the ideal time to collect it, so they are usually staggered harvests. Of course it is collected manually and placed in 400 kg vats. so that the waiting time, between collection and entry into the winery, is the minimum possible and the treatment received is the least aggressive.

Bodegas Martinez Palacios offers visitors the possibility of seeing the facilities first-hand through guided tours by the professionals who work there. There is no one better than those who work here daily to teach you and explain the entire process of making our fabulous wines.

The schedules for visits to the winery are as follows:

• Monday to Friday: From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Saturdays and Sundays: From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
