Bodegas Olcaviana was founded in 1994 by the Ruiz family as a result of a long history as winemakers and winemakers.

The winery is located in a typical La Mancha building, combining tradition and technology, surrounded by vineyards.

Bodegas Olcaviana is located in an ideal area for growing grapes, with hot summers and harsh, cold winters. The optimal ripening of the grapes is combined with the most modern production techniques to produce a quality wine.
