Description of Campo Viejo

Campo Viejo is a winery that was born from the fruit of centuries of research and experience in the wine production sector.

This name was born in an emblematic place in Villar de Arnedo. A place called Campus Veteranus, an area of fabulous vineyards that in ancient times were given to veterans of the Roman legion as a reward for their services.

In 2001, after some time closed for renovations, the new Campo Viejo Winery was inaugurated. Located on a plateau, very close to Logroño, its structure was a milestone in the region, initiating a trend of renewal in the area's wineries.

The recognitions obtained allow us to proudly affirm that Campo Viejo was born in one of the best. In this winery we are faithful to our Rioja roots, also having the most innovative means of wine production.

Perfectly integrated into the environment. This land provides ideal conditions to obtain high-quality wines each season that satisfy the most demanding palates. Enjoy a journey for the senses that you will love.

If you want to know the ins and outs of a winery, this is your best opportunity. Get in touch with Campo Viejo and come meet us.
