Dehesa de los Canonigos presents in its facilities a set of small buildings grouped around a large central mansion that is still housing and in which the owner now lives with his own.

The whitewashed walls, its low buildings and the “U” shaped architectural structure give the ensemble a more Basque than Castilian air, as if it were an old pasture of flourishing past.

But the landscape clears any doubt quickly; After the cellar-dwelling, a Mediterranean pine forest extends until it reaches the banks of the Duero River, whose waters mark the domains of the estate; and in front, part in the plain and part perching on the hills, extends the unmistakable riverside vineyard.

The vines are today the main raison d'être of Dehesa de los Canónigos and wine is its most relevant activity.
