Description of Marfil Alella

Those who are lovers of history, art, gastronomy and culture cannot miss the opportunity to visit our emblematic winery, a wonderful modernist building designed in 1906 by the architect Jeroni Martorell.

In Marfil Alella you will learn about the wine-growing environment of Alella: the location of the vineyards, the climate, the geology of the area, the historical varieties of the area and a small exhibition of the bottles and tools that we have used in the winery since 1906.

We carry out guided tours for pre-arranged groups of at least 8 people. Visitors will discover the secrets of making our Marfil wine, from the harvest to the marketing of the bottles. The visit is completed with a tasting of three of our wines. The visit can be combined with a lunch or dinner in any of our restaurants.

If you are looking for something different, fun or motivating. If you want to invite your clients, collaborators, family... We offer you a tasting workshop. It is an ideal activity!

It is a recreational-cultural activity in which the participant develops their senses and skills in a natural, participatory and relaxed way in a relaxed environment. The workshop consists of a wine tasting activity from our winery led by a sommelier or winemaker (approximately 3 hours)Guided tour of our century-old modernist winery where we make Marfil wines.
