At Pago de Tasio we offer you the possibility of visiting our facilities for free and tasting one of our wines. The public opening hours of the facilities to visit us are from 10:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Sunday.
We also offer you the possibility of taking complete tasting courses, taught by the winery's winemaker Verónica Salgado:
Currently, all those who visit us will be able to enjoy a young wine aged for 6 months in barrels. Our limited production winery is characterized by its wines made and raised with the utmost care.
The production of our wines begins in the vineyards. We take care of our vineyards throughout the year. We have a small Tempranillo farm, which allows us to take meticulous care of our excellent raw material.
We carry out the harvest manually, in boxes, respecting all its qualities until entering the winery. It will be in the winery where it is destemmed and transferred to small capacity fermentation tanks. This gives one of the best characteristics of Tasio wines.
