Description of Parés Baltà

Parés Baltà is a Penedés winery that has been passed down from father to son since 1790. They produce still wines and cava. They use grapes from their 5 estates, with a variety of altitudes, soils and climates to make a very personal wine.

The wines ofParés Baltà have been certified as organic since 2004. It is a winery with extensive experience and a long tradition, but with new and fresh ideas. The goal has always been to make wines with character that convey their origin. The company believes that a wine should transmit the characteristics of the place where its grapes grew.

In Parés Baltà two types of wines are made. Microcuvées are very limited runs and are not produced annually. They are the product of very peculiar terrains and microclimates and seek elegance and character.

The classic range is made up of wines made year after year, always with the desire to improve. They are wines to enjoy at any time.

Parés Baltà organizes meetings and events at its facilities for companies, clients and wine enthusiasts. You can also visit the winery and try all their wines right there.

If you are a wine lover and want to do wine tourism, contact Parés Baltà and enjoy its experience and tradition.
