Viñedos y Bodegas Pablo is a family winery located in the municipality of Almonacid de la Sierra,
(Zaragoza), within the Cariñena Denomination of Origin.
Their wines are backed by the great winemaking tradition of this family and made with native varieties mainly grown on chosen lands, at an altitude between 550 and 750 m.
The origin of the winery dates back to the 18th century. Although the winemaking tradition is older, it was in 1760 when our ancestors conceived it as a business.
The great wealth of our winery is the legacy of our ancestors: the land and the most
clones
ideal for the quality of our wines.
Our pride is our vineyard. Its average age is 30 years, although there are strains that reach more than 100 years. We have preserved the oldest grape varieties and clones that our ancestors painstakingly selected, generation after generation.
We are in love with our land and its native varieties, which we continue to promote even though we have complemented them with foreign varieties grown in different soils.
The terrains are varied, stony, deep, with stones with round edges, clay-limestone and gravel with fine edges, all of them with little fertility and humidity.
Our goal is to give our wines the expression of each terrain. For this reason, we make and age our wines separately, carrying out the assembly at the end of the process to achieve the total harmony and expression of our vineyard.
