Description of Vinseum

The origin ofVinseum dates back to 1926 when the Penedés Art Exhibition arrived and a new teacher at the Sant Ramón de Penyafort School, Martí Grivé. In 1934, a location was obtained to start the museum in 1935, which would have to abandon its tasks during the war.

The inauguration of the first wine museum in Spain would take place in 1944. Currently, efforts are being made to promote interaction between the museum and society.

At Vinseum we organize educational activities for Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education levels. They will learn through the museum's different collections and exhibitions.

Different courses are also offered throughout the world of wine. We also organize excursions to learn about the life cycle of the vineyard.

You can come visit our museum and learn everything you want about the precious red broth. Soak up the authentic wine tradition and enjoy exploring the history and world of wine.

Get in touch with Vinseum and enter this exciting world. You won't regret it.
