• Ski: you can take courses and classes suitable for your level. We will prepare you on different slopes depending on the experience you have and what the snow is like when you come. Our instructors will always be with you and will help you with everything you need to learn and train among the snowflakes.

• Snowboard: it is quite similar to skiing but a little simpler. You will have to have balance and know how to move with the board because otherwise you will not be able to successfully move down the slope. We will also prepare the courses based on your level so don't worry about not having practiced this sport before.

• Snowmobiles: come ride the motorcycle with the best riders. You will get into a two-seater vehicle so if you don't have a license you can always enjoy being a co-pilot. You will have to wear glasses and gloves, which we will provide if you don't have any special ones for snow.

• Snowshoes: they are the best footwear you can use to explore the mountains when it is snowy. If you wear these special shoes, you will surely feel at least like an Eskimo or an explorer willing to explore the most unexplored corners of the mountain.

We have ski classes for all levels. Whenever the snow level allows it, we organize courses and classes in which you can participate and learn the ski discipline that you prefer.

The courses are for both children and adults. They will be done in small groups so you will learn quickly to be able to level up and enjoy the snowy landscape and mountains even more.

As you learn and gain skill you will move from one type of track to another. The simplest are the green runs in which there are hardly any slopes. Immediately after, you will find the blue slopes where we will teach you how to make turns and a type of parallel skiing.

The most complex slopes are the red ones, which only the most advanced will go to. If you reach this level you will be able to make turns and descents along the steepest slopes in the entire region.

We want to offer you Snowboard activities specially designed for you and adapted to your level without asking you for any minimum requirements. What you will need is a board that we can lend you or rent, although if you have your own, do not hesitate to bring it and tell us all the techniques you use on it.

The levels that we propose in Free Mountain are:

• Beginner: they are the easiest classes for those who have never snowboarded. You will start from scratch and on green slopes so that it is not difficult for you to maintain your balance on the board.

• Drifting: in courses at this level you will learn to move well on the green tracks and also to skid when you reach the end of the course. Yes, it is necessary to know how to move a little with the board, so you will not be able to do this activity if you have never snowboarded.

• Spins: is a special activity for those who want to improve themselves. We will practice turns and changes of pace on green slopes and, when we gain a higher level, we will go to the blue slopes to feel like a professional.

• High level: If you regularly snowboard, these are the classes you should choose. They are courses and activities in which you will go through all the slopes, even the red ones, and you will achieve an even higher level than you already have.

Get ready for a day in the snow enjoying it at full speed. We propose some motorcycle routes through theAiguamoix Valley to feel the power of this great vehicle.

Our route has an itinerary of 9 kilometers in which we will ascend up to 1800 meters of altitude, specifically to the Balneario de Tredós. It will be a very exciting option if you want to be the driver but also occupy the passenger seat.

Driving is something that we only allow those who have the license to do, but since all motorcycles are 2-seaters, you can always go with a friend or even a Free Mountain guide.

The walk will begin in the morning and we can stay for a while at the Spa to enjoy the views from there or to spend some time in the thermal circuit. This way you can go down quietly in the afternoon after having regained your strength and warmed up with a typical meal that will surely include a very hot broth.

We do not have a minimum number of people to form the groups with which we do these excursions, so you can even come alone. In any case, you will always go with one of the Free Mountain guides since this way you will be able to discover hundreds of curiosities about theAran Valley.

The rackets that we will leave you are of all sizes. From special ones for children to normal ones for adults who want to enjoy the snow using this peculiar footwear. You will also need poles to travel through the snow and grip the paths without encountering any setbacks.
