Day by day we innovate our resort and thus we have managed to prepare more than 30 slopes on which you will slide while skiing or snowboarding. We have schools for both sports in which professionals meet who often attend the best competitions.

If you have never practiced skiing, we will start you with our most basic courses. The level of the classes will increase as you acquire more technique and, in the end, you will be able to practice freestyle skiing and enjoy yourself.

For snowboarding we have courses and also a very special area: the snowpark. Board lovers who know how to do pirouettes and movements with which they almost manage to fly meet here.

We are not limited to just offering you classes and courses, you can also stay at the hostel or hang out in any of the cafes. There will be no better way to end your day in the snow so ask us and we will inform you in great detail.

Our station has more than 30 slopes so you can choose one that suits your level well. At Valgrande Pajares we will advise you and tell you which one to choose so that you do not have problems on the descent.

You can practice skiing on your own but if you prefer to learn and improve your techniques, the teachers will help you achieve it. The groups are not usually large, unless there are many of you and you want us to give the classes to everyone at the same time. Whichever option you choose, we will try to reinforce your skiing knowledge and make you learn new skills in a quick and personalized way.

All types of audiences have a place in our ski school. It doesn't matter if you are a family that wants to get started or a group of experts, because we will make sure to find something that you are comfortable with while practicing this sport.

Do you want to learn to snowboard in the Cantabrian Mountains? In Valgrande Pajares you will find a snow school where more than 30 professionals come together who will help you no matter what level you have.

You can find us in the port of Pajares and you will enjoy the view of places like Cueto Negro or the impressive group of Los Tres Mares that rise to 2000 meters high. This way you can snowboard on a slope with an incredible slope.

Snowboarding is very easy to learn if you have a minimum of balance but to make sure you do it without problems we will give you a course. You will learn alongside great professionals and I am sure that very soon you will also become an expert.

If you prefer, you can practice snowboarding on your own and if you consider that you have enough experience we will also invite you to events and competitions that take place at theValgrande Pajaresstation. You can also practice the most daring version of snowboarding in a snowpark where you can do impressive maneuvers on the board.

Although our ski resort is not the largest you will find, you will still enjoy the snow and the best winter sports. Valgrande Pajares has very complete facilities that skiers and snowboard lovers will like.

In our station you will find 36 slopes with about 25 kilometers in length. Among these slopes you will find 7 intended solely for cross-country skiing and where you will discover that the snow will offer you much more than exciting descents.

To be able to move easily between the different slopes you can use the chairlifts and ski lifts that can reach the highest points. Valgrande Pajares is located between approximately 1,300 and 1,900 meters above sea level, so the difference in elevation you will encounter will be more than 500 meters, perfect for lovers of strong emotions.

After spending the day skiing, snowboarding or any other sport you can think of, we invite you to stay at either of the two lodges or our fantastic hotel. You will find a good restaurant and a couple of cafes where you can warm up after spending the whole day in the snow.
