Aeroclub Pelican

With Aeroclub Pelican you have at your disposal various ways to enjoy the skies of the province of Barcelona and its surroundings. We are able to provide you with both short trips within the same day and trips with stays on request with services that respond to these characteristics:

- Aircraft adapted to different needs: with two models of ultralight type aircraft that have the advantage of being easy to pilot, without giving up fun in the air and maximum security. We also have two-seater ulm ideal for the instructor pilot and passenger.

- Flight areas and destinations: we use flight fields in the vicinity of Vic and in Monegros. They are from which we normally leave for instruction and excursions towards the Pyrenean mountain range and the Catalan coast facing the Mediterranean. For baptisms and certain routes we will meet you for the departure in Sabadell or Girona.

- Additional services: if you would like us to take you to see the Balearic Islands we will arrange food for you on the islands and we will ensure that you have a stay prepared in a hotel located somewhere of the islands.

At Aeroclub Pelican we organize aerial baptisms and excursions flying in ultralight aircraft. Depending on the model you decide on, you can experience this moment alone with the pilot or in the company of someone else since our aircraft have the capacity to serve 1 to 3 seats, not counting the professional in charge of the plane.

We have several routes planned that we have chosen for the spectacular views they offer. Among them are those aimed at flying over the Pyrenees and those in which we head towards the sea to contemplate the Costa Brava from above. We have chosen these routes because we are sure that they will delight anyone interested in flying with us.

In addition to providing you with simple and short excursions with the same round trip point, we take care of preparing complete packages for you with a stay in the Balearic Islands. With these proposals we will take you to any of the destinations in the archipelago, including food and accommodation in a resort hotel. This way you can plan your vacation counting only on us.

At Aeroclub Pelican we provide you with our aeronautical services with two types of first generation ultralight aircraft. Within the professional field they are known as tube and fabric and have the advantage of being very easy to pilot, in addition to being safe and very fun. With them we teach courses and organize various routes for the simple pleasure of making you fly.

We depart from different flight fields or aerodromes located in different locations. One of them is close to Vic and there is a second, within our usual work points, which is in the middle of Los Monegros, a fantastic area to fly. /p>

We also give the option of flying with third generation ulm. You will recognize them because externally they are the same as classic small planes. However, they are a little smaller and only allow you to carry a pilot and a passenger. Being faster and having other types of characteristics allow for a longer journey. We can reach other airports if we feel like it while seeing spectacular panoramic views of the areas that surround them.
