At Flytime we are specialized in offering you leisure activities in various areas of Portugal, very close to the border with Spanish provinces such as Badajoz.

Our favorite proposals are based on air modalities that you have the opportunity to reserve on time or request as training courses with which to learn to fly. Some are:

- Gliding: experiment with one of the most striking aircraft and not always known to the general public. Gliders manage to take off towed by a conventional plane that drops them in the air. With its controls and a pilot you will experience what it is capable of by playing with the currents until you reach the landing maneuver.

- Paratrike and paragliding: decide between these forms of flight, similar in some respects. They are distinguished by being equipped with an engine, the first one, and the second lacking this type of assistance. They are tandem flights that are always carried out with an instructor.

- Hang gliding: courses to train you as an autonomous hang glider pilot with two phases of up to 10 days each in which theoretical concepts and practical flights are worked on.

You can also seek other types of sensations with us through diving or coastering baptisms or canoeing on the Guadiana River.

At Flytime we believe that the time has come for you to learn to hang gliding. For this we have prepared a complete course after which you will be ready to start developing yourself.

Anyone who wants to enroll in this program must be of legal age and not over 60 years of age. It is important that you do not suffer from any heart disease and have a medical certificate that proves that this type of practice is safe for you. We will manage a learning license that carries mandatory insurance for the activity.

The course lasts between 5 days and 7 or 10 days in each of its two phases:

- First phase : it will be your initiation period to hang gliding. You will know the material and all the accessories that are used as part of the equipment. We will teach you concepts about aerodynamics, safety and meteorology. You will make up to 15 flights to develop these ideas.

- Second phase : it is the adaptation phase, becoming specialized as an autonomous pilot. We will enter into current flight legislation, first aid and emergency maneuvers that may occur in incidents that you may encounter. You will try up to 20 hang gliding flights.

With Flytime you will fly paragliding whenever you want because doing it in tandem with an instructor who is a professional pilot does not require you to prepare in advance. Our flight baptisms consist of precisely that, in a first experience that will surely become the first of many because you will love it.

The flight areas that we propose are very varied in order to show you various parts of Portugal full of beauty. These are Fonte da Telha, Serra da Estrela, Praia do Meco, the Castelo de Vide area, Praia das Bicas, Serra da Arrábida, Sesimbra or the well-known city of Sintra .

For your first flight you have the assistance of the pilot who will travel with you at the same time. The duration may vary as we try to make it a journey tailored to your wishes. You can also decide the time you prefer to fly.

If you decide to go one step further in this sport, we will organize a class with theory and practice to start being autonomous in paragliding. There are 4 hours of course that you will do with an instructor accredited by the FPVL who will share some basic knowledge with you. To get to fly, you would only have to take courses with a higher level but it is a first phase that will be very interesting for you to know if you decide to continue.

Go ahead and try paramotoring with Flytime and you will have the opportunity to fly over some of the most beautiful locations in Portugal. We fly over the areas of Sintra, Pinhal Novo and Cabo Espichel, a delight for walking tourism that becomes even more amazing from the air. Also, if you form a group of more than 5 people to come, you can choose another location for an even more personalized service if possible.

We use paratrikes that consist of two seats . In one of them the pilot travels and in another the passenger who will occupy the front position. Our instructors have several decades of experience with what they are able to guarantee the safety of any route. In addition, before takeoff, they will evaluate the conditions of the day to determine if they are suitable for this activity.

In your baptism of flight you just have to sit in the trike cart and start enjoying. The engine that the team has is the one that will give you the impulse for takeoff, will help keep you in the air and will control the landing once the journey is finished. You will simply need comfortable and warm clothes, depending on the date of your adventure, and mountain boots or at least a shoe that is sports.

At Flytime we bring you one of the most exclusive forms of flight in the entire peninsula: the glider. Gliding is an experience where you get on a towed aircraft to fly through the skies, maneuvering supported only by currents. You can try it with us from the town of Montemor which is located in Portugal.

It is an adventure with a duration of around 25 minutes that is done in the company of a professional instructor. It will make you participate in all the phases that the flight procedure comprises so that you can learn a little more about this sport modality:

- You arrive at the airfield where the pilot welcomes you. You will approach the runway with him to contemplate the two aircraft that will be waiting for you. The one in front corresponds to the tug plane, it is in charge of making the glider take off.

- You get on the glider while listening to the basic instructions to be part of this experience. It has two seats, placed one in front of the other, so that you can travel comfortably with the pilot who will provide you with instructions on the controls throughout the process.

- Once the glider is in the air, the tug plane has finished its work. You will be flying the indicated time with smooth maneuvers until you return to the track.

With Flytime you are going to kayak in Portugal in two of the best locations in the Portuguese country for this:

- Portinho da Arrábida : exercise with rowing in the waters of its natural park, crossing the cliffs and coves that are among the most beautiful on the European continent.

- Marinho Luiz Saldanha Park : in which we will be protected from the sea waves in areas with depths that can reach 100 meters, some made of rock and others in which sand predominates. We will walk through changing landscapes between deserted beaches and caves that open to the sea.

If you choose this activity, you will spend around 3 and a half hours in the kayak, starting from Sesimbra which is close to the Sierra de Arrábida. We can also go to the vicinity of Serpa to row in the Guadiana River.

You will be able to share your experience because the kayaks that we use in this part of Portugal have two seats. All the excursions follow a monitor who acts as a guide and offers you photographs of the activity after it is finished. The minimum groups to organize an outing must be 6 people.
