GMR Summer Camps

At GMR Summer Camps we are a company dedicated to the organization of English camps in Robledo de Fenar , 30 km from León , a ideal place to spend the summer holidays surrounded by nature making new friends and opening a parenthesis in the daily routine.

The camps are aimed at children between 6 and 16 years old during the months of June, July or August . You can book shifts of a week or for fortnights (only in July and August).

Our facilities are the most complete since we have multipurpose room, 2 spacious classrooms of which one has multimedia equipment and walls covered with mirrors, soccer field, basketball court, swimming pool, Climbing wall, zip line , ... and all without leaving the farm.

We have 2 accommodation options , the first is in hostel with bunk beds in several rooms , one of them reserved for monitors with guard, and the other in cabins with capacity for 6 - 8 people . The food is self-prepared and we can make special menus for allergens.

Our instructors are qualified and also have a leisure team and support free time. The native English-speaking teachers will accompany the children all day because the practice of English will be constant. In addition to the classes in this language, the children will do multi-adventure activities and recreational and sports excursions . If you want, in July you can choose the theme of the camp: football, basketball or dance at no additional cost.

We will be connected with parents through our social networks and the private area for parents on the website.

Another advantage is that we have own company vehicles , which makes transportation much easier.

At GMR Summer Camps we organize English camps every year with very good results. They are aimed at children between 6 and 16 years old and take place during the months of June, July and August .

Our facilities are located in n Robledo de Fenar , a beautiful town located 30 km from León where we will enjoy nature and all the leisure possibilities that it offers us. .

There are 2 accommodation possibilities : in rooms with bunk beds in our hostel or in independent cabins for 6 - 8 people. Depending on the age of the participants, they will sleep in one place or another. We have multipurpose rooms, multimedia classroom, sports courts, swimming pool and climbing wall . The kids will have a blast!

Our teachers are qualified natives and we also have support monitors as required by the Junta de Castilla y León. The vehicular language of the camps will be English so their practice is guaranteed. Our students will improve their level of English as they learn and enjoy the summer, what more could you ask for?

An example of a camp routine is the following: after having breakfast we will start English classes based on games and fun activities. After recess and lunch, we resume the lessons. We eat at 2pm and then we will play games in English until pool time. Then we have free time to practice sports, play cards, dance, ... At 8:00 p.m. we wash up and make contact with family members. We have dinner at 9 to enjoy a fun evening organized by the monitors.

Other days the rhythm changes radically due to multi-adventure activities and excursions . But one way or another, we never get bored.

At GMR Summer Camps we are experts in organizing multi-adventure camps for children from 6 to 16 years old during the summer months , a way to enjoy the full-time vacation.

The language of the camp will be English and to guarantee its practice our native teachers will accompany the children throughout the day. It is a tactic that also manages to expand vocabulary and increase fluency when speaking and correcting the use of the language.

Some of the multi-adventure activities that we carry out are:

• Canoeing down some emblematic rivers such as the Sella.
• Free climbing, although we will first practice in the recodrome of our facilities.
• Zip lines and adventure activities.
• Introduction to caving, one of the favorite adventures of children.
• Hiking around the area.
• Orientation sessions.
• Ski in winter season.

We will stay in Robledo de Fenar , a town located 30 km from León. Nature surrounds our facilities making it a perfect place to enjoy the summer. Sports courts, swimming pool, climbing wall, zip lines, soccer field, basketball court , ... are some of the kits on our farm.

Children can stay in one of the hostel rooms or in independent cabins with capacity for 6 or 8 people. The food is our own manufacture so we can also prepare menus for allergens. For the trips we have own vehicles .

Throughout the camp we will be in contact with parents through our social networks and the private area of our website .
