Casteldefells Canoeing Club is a private sports association founded in 1989, born with the aim of promoting the development and practice of canoeing in all its forms.
The club was born when the city of Castelldefells was chosen as the Olympic sub-site to host the canoeing events. From this moment on, the same team that would organize the Barcelona '92 canoeing competitions 3 years later began to promote the club and the practice of our sport.
Our center is located within the facilities of the Castelldefels Olympic Canal. It is a magnificent installation without equal, legacy of the Barcelona Olympic Games. More than 50,000 schoolchildren pass through this center each year to carry out various activities.
Our courses are carried out by instructors, expert athletes, with years of experience and directed by qualified technicians. The material used in all of them is always the most suitable for each stage of the canoeist's training
