"The activity as adventure and sport I liked a lot, the river and the place is amazing and the monitors very attentive and professional.
If I could give some serious advice that the picnic (sandwiches of chorizo, ham or cheese + fruit + 1 soda) as lunch is scarce.
Bearing in mind that the people who leave Madrid at 8:30 a.m. to arrive on time to the activity, have had a good breakfast soon and the next meal will be at 3:00 p.m.
I would also recommend that people who have a food preference notify the organization in advance, since lunch is shared among all participants."

We enjoyed a picnic halfway and continue. I was left wanting more, I made the descent very short. We will certainly repeat. Recommendable.
