Video breakfast balloon ride and suckling pig in Segovia

We don't want you to choose between one thing or another if you want to get to know Segoviain its essence.... we want you to keep the most special! And how are we going to get it? With a balloon ride around the city where you will not miss anything, starting with a breakfast, a glass of cava and ending the experience in a typical restaurant of the city where you can enjoy a menu in which the suckling pig will be the star. Prepared?

Your adventure will begin with the first light of day, around 8 in the morning but depending on the time of year in which you have chosen to fly in a balloon. Accessing the take-off location will not be complicated since it is easily accessed by the national road that connects Segovia with Ávila, in front of the General Hospital, in the old town of the city.

Here we will be waiting to welcome you and start with the briefing while we inflate and prepare the balloon for the flight. You can even get involved in the preparation to better understand the operation of the aircraft. Once everything is ready and when the pilot is in charge of this spectacular flight, it will be time to take off.

Our all-terrain vehicle will accompany us by land at all times to add an extra guarantee to the balloon ride. Meanwhile, we, at about 1000 meters high (maximum) will visualize the historic city in a spectacular way, having a panoramic view of the center, the Alcázar de Segovia and the rest of the places that make the capital an amazing place.

After approximately 1 hour of flight, in which we will record you in HD video and take the best photographs to immortalize the experience, we will land again on the takeoff field. There, and after receiving the flight certificate and toasting with a glass of cava to give rise to the typical balloon flight ceremony, we will travel in the SUV to the restaurant where breakfast will take place.

At breakfast you will have time to remember the best moments you have just lived in the balloon while enjoying our country picnic.

The rest of the morning you will have enough time to visit Segovia at your own pace until lunchtime, being able to choose the time from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The menu will consist of Castilian soup or, if you prefer, beans from La Granja and second, the best roast suckling pig you can remember, although you can also opt for an Iberian sirloin steak instead or a baked sea bass, followed by a delicious dessert. All this, paired with a young ribera and coffee.

We cannot think of a better way to spend a day in Segovia, getting to know it from a hot air balloon and savoring one of its best-known dishes worldwide.
