Enjoy the most famous canoe descent in our country, the descent of the Sella. A route that adapts to all users, with different routes that will depend on the physical condition and experience of each one.

Leaving from the town of Las Rozas, where we have our center, you will be able to do different sections, depending on your worth:

Las Rozas - Arriondas, section of 4 km. For those who want a short and leisurely walk to enjoy the entire Sella River and its surroundings. The duration is from 1 hour to 2 hours, depending on the stops.
Las Rozas -Toraño, section of 12 km. It is the most common section, with 8 km to the Toraño bridge, taking approximately 4 hours.
Las Rozas - Llovio, stretch of 18 km, longest stretch for the bravest, lasting about 5 to 6 hours.

Regardless of the section you choose, the price does not vary.
