Leaving from the town of Las Rozas, where we have our center, you will be able to do different sections, depending on your worth:

- Las Rozas - Arriondas, section of 4 km. For those who want a short and leisurely walk to enjoy the entire Sella River and its surroundings. The duration is from 1 hour to 2 hours, depending on the stops.
- Las Rozas -Toraño, section of 12 km. It is the most common section, with 8 km to the Toraño bridge, taking approximately 4 hours.
- Las Rozas - Llovio, stretch of 18 km, longest stretch for the bravest, lasting about 5 to 6 hours.
*It is recommended to bring the following:
- Appropriate clothing and footwear for the river.
- Sun protection.
- Glasses holder.
- Spare clothes and towel.
