Descent of the Sella by canoe from Arriondas 2-5h

If you are in Asturias, one of the best known activities (if not the best known) is the descent of the Sella by canoe. Undoubtedly, a fun, dynamic activity and in a group, you always have a great time. For this reason, we encourage you to come and do this descent with us, so that you can enjoy this Asturian experience.

This descent of the river Sellastarts in Arriondas, and you can choose these different sections:

• Arriondas to Toraño: with a distance of 8 kilometers and an approximate duration of 2 hours.

• Arriondas to Omedina: the distance traveled is 14 kilometers and takes about 4 hours.

• Arriondas to Llovio: with a distance of 16 kilometers and duration of 5 hours.

The section you want to choose for this fun descent will depend on your courage and skill, we will not order the necessary materials and our expert monitors will teach you the key techniques to row without no problem. In addition, you will make rest stops where you can eat and drink something.

The descentcan start from 11:00 to 13:00, although you can be in the river until 18:00. We will take care of the transport back to the center to drop off the materials and pick up your belongings; although we will also give you a drum to store your belongings during the canoe descent.

To be able to participate you must be over 5 years old and you must know how to swim. You must also be over 1.15 meters tall and, if you are a minor, be accompanied by an adult.
