Descent of the Cares River by canoe (2 hours)

Have you done any canoeing before? Then, the time has come to do the famous Cares descent!

It is a descent that requires skill carrying the canoe, which is why we ask for prior experience in the activity.

We start the route in Niserias and reach Panes, a journey of about 10 kilometers that will take us approximately 2 hours.

Halfway through the route we will give you a picnic that includes a sandwich, a piece of fruit, typical sweets from the area and water.

When we finish, we will go to our facilities, where you can use the changing rooms and the hot water showers.

You must come with a swimsuit, a towel and shoes that hold your foot and can get wet. In addition, it is essential that you arrive 30 minutes before starting the activity.
