Descent of the Cubas estuary by canoe 2 and 3 hours

We invite you to come to Santander, one of the cities in Spain where you can find all kinds of adventure activities. This time it involves a canoe descent down the Cubas estuary. It will be a simple journey, so do not hesitate to come accompanied with the family. In addition, you will have the supervision of a guide.

The descent will begin in the estuary until it reaches the Bay of Cantabria, specifically Somo. During the 2-hour stretch you will cross all kinds of vegetation among which all kinds of animal species inhabit. Among the most outstanding: the fox, the otter and the polecat. You will have to be attentive to see them, they are very slippery.

We will equip you with canoes (you can choose between single or double) and a life jacket. Also, if you choose the double canoe option, each one will go with a paddle, you will have to coordinate. Once you arrive at Somo, you will navigate and contemplate its spectacular 2-kilometre beach, the main attraction of the town.

On the other hand, as it is a pleasant walk, you will have time to observe the dunes of El Puntal that extends to Loredo beach. Without a doubt, a canoe ride that is worth doing accompanied. Come with your friends, partner or family, we have canoes for everyone!
