Mascarat canyon descent, initial level, 3h

Do you want to embark on the canyoning adventure in the province of Alicante? It is one of the most fun and exciting activities you will ever do. Mixing rappelling and canyoning, canyoning is born that will not leave anyone indifferent.

The challenge we propose takes place very close to Altea, specifically in the Salat ravine, although you may know it as the Mascarat ravine. Its route of almost 900 meters is characterized by having a large number of rappels that you will have to overcome.

With the company of one of our guides who, previously, will be in charge of providing you with the technical climbing and rappelling materials along with the safety elements strong>, you will enter between large vertical walls discovering a chiaroscuro environment that will leave you speechless.

The descent will have an approximate duration of 3 hours, but it will always depend on the pace of the group. In addition, it is an initiation route, so it is suitable for anyone brave who wants to try the world of canyons or enjoy a mountain adventure with the family. You can do the route with children, as long as they are over 8 years old!
