This is a 1-day course in which an expert instructor will be responsible for teaching you in practical and theoretical classes all the concepts needed for you to become a medium difficulty and a moderate volume of water descent of canyons professional of level 1, 2, or 3.
Specifically, the contents of the course will be the following:

- Abseiling: we will teach you to abseil to descend the canyons.

Description of 2-day canyoning course in Girona
This canyoning course in Girona, is perfect if you want to get intiated into this sport, as well as if you want to learn the basics to go canyoning with full autonomy.It will have a duration of 2 days, in which you'll receive theoretical and practical lessons. The first day you'll learn about the usage of the equipment: knots and rappels, while in the second day you'll put these concepts into practice descending a canyon.
You'll learn to recognize all the elements that compose a canyoning trip, as well as the safety measures. All this under the supervision of a qualified instructor who will try to make the lessons as most dynamic and nice as possible.
We will provide you with the whole didactic equipment for the lessons, and the collective equipment homologated by the UIAA and the CEE. We will put you into test with different situations (rappels, hops, waterslides, flowing zones, pools, etc.) to let you discover everything related to this sport.
